Cited is a Tecshala product. Cited sells exclusive permit alerts in a published Tampa Bay ZIP set. HVAC shops prepay. The contractor fulfills estimates and jobs. Cited does not install, rank, or repair websites. Cited does not repair HVAC equipment.

A valid exclusive alert includes address, permit type, date, city, source URL, ZIP in the published set, and is not a duplicate of the same address and permit type in 30 days. Invalid alerts are credited. We do not guarantee booked jobs, closed sales, rankings, or AI inclusion. We do not fabricate permits.

The optional homeowner form is routed to [email protected] until a backend is wired. Shops join the waitlist or prepay through that inbox when Stripe Payment Links are not published. The old sprint deposit checkout is not an active offer. There is no $29 report.
